2 totaly different suggestions

1 I can remember in closed beta there where plans for people to create there own leagues???? or do I miss remember? If so let us make our own leagues with prizes, would be amazing :3

2 Make passive skills on the tree with +% reflect dmg so we can make reflect dmg builds! :)

You can already make your reflect build, today.

There are two melee reflect nodes (while holding a shield) between Shadow and Ranger starting areas as well as a low-level unique called Bramblejack.

Those will give you a total of 55% melee physical reflect.

"Reflects x-y physical damage to melee attackers" is also a fairly common stat on various peices of armour. Not mentioning that it comes by default on most evasion-ES shield.

There's also a unique shield called Thousand Teeth Temu which will deal 1-1000 damage to attackers on block.

Use Punishment ontop of that and you have yourself a reflect build, against melee physical damage anyway. If you want to reflect projectiles or magic you're pretty much screwed, though.
