Tempest shield?

Is there a viable high block build for this skill? I've been looking and not getting anywhere and i am not proficient with the passive tree to build one

" Can only second this. Also playing this build as my second overall build (still fairly new to PoE) and having lots of fun with it. Lvl84, only 2 /deaths and both were totally stupid personal screwups and in no way related to the build. Unless one is playing totally reckless, it's almost impossible to die with this build (except in a massive desync maybe). It's also relatively cheap - a rathpith with decent to good rolls is the only required item that may cost more than 2 exalts. A good 6L chest is highly recommended, but not absolutely necessary (I still play with a 5L). With this build, leapers or chargers are just laughable, especially when they fail to hit an then die in the combined damage of tempest shield and exploding molten shell :) |
