Animate Guardian bug

Everytime I log in to the game my guardian is not there
I have the gem in my chest (full geared guardian) but he is not there In the older versions of the game the guardian stayed out now he is not is it a bug ? To get the guardian to show I need to animete something every time I log in Do you guys know if it is supposed to be like this ? Answer me pls :) |

You need to summon the guardian, which you can do by casting the spell on empty ground. He'll be summoned with all the gear he has stored.
