Dissapearing masters from Act I

When in Act I, in normal, I finished a quest from Haku, the armourmaster. He offered the option to create a hideout, and I accepted. I travelled to the Hideout, put the bench, then invited Elreon to my hideout. On my next login, I couldn't find the waypoint to my hideout. In act II, I reached level 3 with Catarina, and created a new hideout. Nor Haku nor Elreon were there.
Since then, I haven't found those 2 masters anywhere, nor in the city or in the maps for questing. In Lioneye's Watch, I can see the X in the minimap next to Tarkleigh that would be Elreon, but he isn't there. In my hideout, I can see an X in the minimap, where Haku was standing in my first hideout.

EDIT2: IDK if someone "important" read this thread, but Elreon has appeared for the first time in... 2 weeks? in the Coves. I completed his quest, he leveled a little more (he's mid 2 now), and appeared in town. Let's look for Haku now
