Quality bonus should affect Elemental dmg on weapons.
Elemental needs weapons needs a buff. Thus, make quality affects the elemental dmg(and chaos dmg) on weapons. Making it a 20% buff for elemental dmg on the weapon itself. attack speed and crit also favor physical. hybrid passive phyisical and crit, make they even better.
