You should probably take resolute technique. There's no crit or accuracy in the tree, invest the two points.

Luckily you can save two skillpoints, if you connect to the Scion Life wheel from top, not bottom.

You can then also take +24% fire resist in Marauder instead of 20 strength, if you so desire.

Your build idea is interesting, but I doubt it is efficient.
Infernal blow scales best off of raw physical DpS (that gets converted into fire damage), your tree has no physical DpS.

And you don't have attackspeed.
You could use the Unique "only fire damage" sword, but still your attacks would be awfully slow.
