I see many people chanced kaom's, voltaric, shav ect. but never saw someone chanced void battery. so.. can it?

I'm like 0-500 on vb this league and probly 0-2k to 3k on chances this league in general. Maybe next league I can chance something fun.

chance odds depend on rarity tier and since they mapgated the wand to itemlevel 77 you can be sure its ultra rare tier like shavs and mjolner
the only thing i chanced this league was an atziri map(random chance)...yeah me considering i spend 400 chance on my laquered garb so far( which should be medium tier at best) i have no idea why GGG makes such a mystery out of this chance shit just say 1:10000 for ultra rare 1:5000 for rare whats the big deal https://poe-ssf.herokuapp.com/.
