spotty game play

10/19/2k14- is anyone else having a hard time with their game today? I see one screen at a time. I have to drop screen then bring it back up, then I get a new scene. Drop it, players are in new position when brought up. Music and sound effects are fine, can hear them. Frustrating...while I'm watching, the players do not move at all. Nothing on the screen moves. I have video with other programs... This is why this is frustrating. Checked my end...I'm ok....are the servers having problems, the American servers?

Your problem might be related to anything - internet connection / graphic card / hdd / OS / broken game files.

I have exactly the same problem. Had it over a year.

I start the game and the screen is freezed, sound is ok. Then i minimize and open again and the picture has changed but still freezed.

When this happens i have to close the game and start it again. 30% of the time i start the game this issue is there...
have re-installed the game like tree times, doesnt help.
