Elemental Crit Spectral Throw [2.0 Updated]

Hello I'm a Scion lvl 81 and I'm returning to the game after one year with out playing and I have a doubt. First I suppose I should go and take the aura nodes, and maximum life, but then should I take ele damage or crit, or physical damage, or a combination of all three
