seems everything in this forum is outdated for this weapon since the snapshot nerf and google comes out with other classes for 2013 info so i just want to know is there any 1.2 viable builds?

I leveled a Marauder to 90 from 85 using a life-based, tanky Mjolner spec. It was pretty much identical to Etup's Mjolner character with which he leveled to 100 with on Beyond.

Atziri is no problem. It's much faster/safer on my low life COE spectral throw character though, so I don't run much. With the right gear and slightly different skill tree you can do uber atziri as well. See this thread:
