Question about CoC

I tried to use CoC but it doesnt work.

I linked CoC with ball lightning. Atm, CoC has 40% chance to cast if I crit.

On another item, I linked Arc-Echo-Lightning pen-mana leech. I have approx 50% crit with arc, which is my main spell dmg.

I crit very often with arc (50% crit chance). However, ball lightning never got proc'd by CoC.

Am I doing something wrong? I tried to link Arc with ball lightning and CoC but all the spells linked with CoC cannot be manualy cast.

You have to trigger CoC with an Attack, not a spell. So use something like Spectral Throw, Barrage, Cyclone, etc. When that skill crits then it will have a chance to cast the linked spells.

CoC is a support gem, meaning that it needs to support an active skill gem, and needs to be in the same set of links as the skill you intend to use to proc CoC. I'll ink an example of a CoC set-up below:



In this example Tornado Shot is being used to proc both Arctic Breath and Arc.
