Minimap resets on portal/zone change

Every time I portal or change back and forth between two zones the minimap progress is lost. Needless to say this is beyond tedious playing maps.
In addition, game preferences (display, ui, sound etc.) are not saved and need to be reset each time logging in. Cause: Apparently re-directed My Documents folder as per corporate AD Group Policy. Repost: GGG have not made any useful response that I've seen for over a year. Comparison: D3 works fine. This thread has been automatically archived. Replies are disabled.
