Game Keeps Crashing

Hello
I permanently get disconnected when i go through portals, open new instances or just randomly whenever. This is happening to me since update 1,2 i had to stop palying hardcore because of it because when i get deisconnected while being in a map áll mobs are standing still but they kill me anywhays why i just sit there and even if i logg out as fast as i can i always die so i stopped hardcore now iam 85 on rampage and cant level higher because in every single map i get atleast disconnected once and when i try to kill atziri i get atleast disconnected twice per run. So can anyone help me with this problme i tried switching gateway tried this sound bug "fix" nothing works. I dont even get an error or something it just kickes me out to the login screen. i really like the game and dont want to quit because of a stupid bug like that but i dont feel like keep playing like this it doesnt make fun anymore. Hope someone can help me. |

can you run a winmtr in the background and let it capture until you get a disconnection?

there's nothing wrong8 the trace that I can see, but that doesn't mean something isn't wrong.
could be antivirus/firewall/security software, or could be something strange in the ISP or network that isn't showing upup in the trace. have you tried rebooting the router/modem/network hardware? are your traces capturing at the time you experience the issue? | |

have no anti virus or firewall or any protection hab rebooted everything already and yes i captured it til i got disconnected it mostly disconnects me while fighting atziri at any point of the map

it started happening after patch 1,2 and it only happens in this game so how could it come from my side when every other game is fine?!

" Because "other games" are different. just because it is a "game" doesn't mean it shares anything else in common with other games. They have different developers, different servers, different clients, different engines, etc. Nothing about "other games" can really be compared in that manner. Please don't compare software or other things that aren't related together. It can be seen as offensive. It's like comparing apples and oranges. Sure they're both fruits, but that is about all they have in common. Sounds to me like your issue is a resource issue with your machine not properly handling the more intense and resource hogging encounters |
