Left to Chance - not working on Strongboxes :(

So after thousands of chance orbs on different valuable items and after the latest buff to cartos solo quantity i decided to just chance it see if it gets magic or maybe rare since it was in a 68 map anyways.
What happened was i got the Empyrean Apparatus, stats were 5 Rare Monsters, 5% Quality, 3 Unique Maps, No other items. No Left to Chance achievement either. Why? :( Finally a chanced unique and im still not "done" with that. Last edited by Giniyo on Oct 3, 2014, 4:15:30 PM
