Clarissa in hideout (at least an NPC version of her)

Hideouts are pretty awesome and fits well into this game which I find very convenient to have everything you need in one place. The fact you have to still run back to The San Encampment, to Clarissa to exchange currency seems like a hassle, so I was wondering if we could have her as an NPC of her in hideouts.

Put everything and everyone in hideout? Town will be closed soon because no one need to go there anymore. Then what's the point of buying mtx cosmetic if we can't show them in public town? Every Lamborghini owner wants to show their dig bick in public.
To grind or not to grind, that's the question.
