Master mod description error

I'm not sure if the description is wrong or the mod is not working properly, that's up to you to decide.

Is it supposed to pick one at random? If so, the wording is misleading. It does say "and" not "or".

I checked the character screen, the chill duration is not increased, but the freeze duration is.

I certainly picked this mod based on thinking I was getting an increase in chill and freeze duration. However, if I thought it would be a random choice between one or the other I might have picked a resistance or just used an exalt.

Thanks for the catch! This mod was incorrectly giving a value of 0 to the it's chill duration stat. This has been fixed for a future patch, but unfortunately, like all changes to mod ranges, will not affect existing items.
Once the patch fixing this is deployed, a Divine orb will re-roll the mod within it's new values, and thus roll the chill duration stat correctly (although that will reroll the freeze duration as well, which is currently at a nearly-perfect roll, so it'll be up to you whether that's worth it).
I understand. I guess removing this mod from all items and refunding a divine is just too complicated to be worth the time. However if some sort of script could be written that could do that, server wide, with just a few changes, it might be worth it to create that batch file. I've seen circumstances like this before.
