Default Allocation mode should be PA

Almost PT is using Permanent allocation.
Some PT with friends are using Free for all. Who use SA? for what? But default allocation mode is Short allocation. This makes many many accidents like "oops. i forget to change it" and makes many people sad. Today, I've had my exalt stolen with this accident. Please change the default allocation mode to PA. LOL, man this brings me back to the 100's of pages long "discussion" back in beta to even get an option for anything other that short allocation.
A common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools.
