The rarity of higher tiers of the flat Physical Damage weapon mods have been adjusted.

Stun Threshold Reduction now applies to spells and secondary damage, as well as attacks.
^does this effect ST builds now?
i realize everyone is hyped about the new unique maps and the incoming nerfs to the dual mod elreon but lets not lose focus people physical damage is the shyt

Im sure it will be a nerf.

They talked about it in the last State of Exile podcast. One of the developers said they would probably make the flat physical mods less frequent (much like the percentage physical mods), seeing how it has become quite easy to roll good weapons with alts, regals and the crafting benches.
