Cannot login

Game disconnected around 5:30 NZ time today while mapping.

I haven't been able to login since, even after game restart. "Unable to connect to login server"

Internet connection is fine for other apps/browsers.

I've managed to login to the Australian server (was using Singapore).

However my latency has jumped from ~90ms to ~350ms.

:(

Edit: tried the American server (200ms). Game is pretty much unplayable with the delay and rubberbanding around.

This issue has been resolved. It seems to be ISP throttling.

GGG customer support is a benchmark in this industry. Special thanks to Yeran for his perseverance in narrowing the problem down.
