Hey I just thought I'd make a basic guide for a build I made for the Rampage league 13th tier challenge and also just to see how it would work out. I'll be updating this thread with more info over the next day or so but just wanted to get the thread started for now and the build idea out there. There is a link below to the first time I turned off loot and focused on the achievement and got it first try

I use herald of ice to apply the cold damage/chill which increases my overall burn damage. Passive tree at 85 *Updated with a little more defensive tree Passive tree at 90-92 Depending on bandits and gear

I took the skill point all 3 times, i wasn't really worried about having high life

What did you do to level? ATM, I'm a level 27 Shadow using Dual Strike + Multistrike + Melee Splash w/ Anger for dps. I also use fire trap occasionally since I already got the inc DOT nodes on the tree. :P

"I leveled with flameblast til level 69 then made the switch to dual wield. Flameblast, chance to ignite, inc burning, ele prolif would be decent enough for the most part and you can reuse the gems later IGN - @Smokntumbleweed ~ Streaming @ twitch.tv/smokintumbleweed
