Questions about Elreon remove mods

Hi! So I recently respec my character and I noticed I am in need of dex instead of int (I have elreon int mod).

1. I was wondering can I only remove the Elreon mod? or can i actually remove other mods such as resists/life, etc from the item?

2. Also, where do I look to buy this mod? global 820? I'm really not sure and I don't want to be classed as "assholes" in these chats.

3. Another question is that since most people are looking to "add mods" service, how much do you think it would cost to purchase a remove mod service? (only cost 1 scouring to remove a mod)

1. Elreon can only remove crafted mods on rings and amulets.

2. What mod are you trying to buy? Multimod? Multimod is 1 Divine.

3. Some people will do it for free.
