spell block/dodge vs elemental reflect

if i have 70% spellblock, along with 46% chance to dodge spells, would it be effective vs ele reflect?
was wondering if a near max spellblock/46% spell dodge elemental CoC build would survive in a ele reflect situation

Not 100% sure, but from my experience playing with block/spell block character it seems that reflected damage is not blocked.

Yes, you can block reflected damage from attacks and also dodge or evade it, with your own attack value being used versus your evade in the calculation.

Similarly, you can spellblock reflected damage from spells, or you can spelldodge it.

However, reflect from effects that do neither attack nor spell damage, like explosion arrow blasts, detonate dead or infernal blow explosions can't be avoided in any way, you have to mitigate them.
