Resolute Technique + Melee splash + Melee in general

I actually think the buffs I proposed should be baked into RT itself, without requiring additional points spent.

I'm not suggesting that RT should ever come really close to crit damage, considering the difference in stat requirements on both.
But doubling the melee physical attack bonus from Strength and baking the base crit chance as "more damage", would probably fix whatever issues exist with RT.
