Quests not giving reward

I reached act 3 merciless with my character and then went back to complete side quests.

I did firstly the great white beast and I didn't receive any reward (the quest simply became completed and the npc didn't say anything about reward) but since it was not important I didn't look very much into the issue.

Then I did the way forward (unlocking the way from act 2 to prisoner's gate) and the dweller of the deep, it happened the same thing, the quest became completed but I didn't get the rewards, and since skill points are vital I'm very disappointed about that.

I hope you could solve the issue!

Btw I don't know if it's relevant but I had 1 unspent skill point from leveling that I had not allocated.

Apparently a couple of client restarts solved the problem... nevermind.
