Crit Bino Build NEED IDEA!?

So since most of my builds can't really do Atziri nor 78 Maps I'm trying to make a crit life based build to help me achieve this... However I don't have a clue on how to build this on my Scion.

I was looking at someones Crit Reave with Bino's 100kDPS, but I'm not sure on how it handles reflect. The author states reflect isn't a problem but I want some proof. So I've been sitting here for few hours thinking of either Reave build or ST Build, both crit and both using binos since thats the best budget oprion.

I'v made a few build ideas but I'm worried that even tho it will be safe to play I will lack the DPS to do END GAME.
