Constant HIGH Ping

I keep getting 170-200 ping and lag spikes to 500+ ping and this have never happened to me before and I don't know what to do :(

just went into a map constant 500+ ping and nothing running in background and nobody else is using my connection and ran a virus scan with nortan antivirus 2014 and nothing

It's Shaw, call them and give them shit.

Seconded, definitely Shaw. Same problem here. I've been dealing with connection problems for the last month with them but this is just ridiculous.
