Can't install the game on windows 8

I download the file to install it but when I click to install it ( double click the file or right click it and click install, the cursor will spin but nothing will happen) Any help on installing it?

Redownload the launcher, restart computer, and run the newly downloaded file with administrator -right. I installed the game just find on win 8
