How should I proceed?

Currently level 28 and just cleared Act II. (HC)

I am using Molten Sh + Shield Charge as my primary dps abilities. I also use Chance to Ignite and Additional fire damage support gems with MSH

Currently I am tanky enough I am not running into any issues with damage, the final ACT II boss was a bit tough only because I did very little damage, so it took me a long time to finally kill him, but the damage was more than easy enough to handle.

My question to you guys, is how should I proceed with this build? I use Chance to Ignite with Molten shield so I don't know if I should go further down to Blood magic, or perhaps stack some Intel and mana and go with some more fire spells.

My other question is what abilities would be a nice fit with my current setup? I would love to use another fire spell, but I don't know if I will be able to support it without hurting my defensive stats.

I understand that I am free to build however I want and that there is no real RIGHT answer, but I would love to get some advice from people who have experience in the latter part of the game and higher difficulties. My first 3 toons are stuck in Cruel because I built like an idiot and they are all glass cannons. I feel like this guy is going to able to do Cruel, but I am worried I will end up with another worthless toon with great defense but no offense.

Any and all advice is welcome, I have access to some regret stones so I can adjust a few points if you notice any major shortcomings in this build as it stands, I feel like level 28 is still low enough to salvage him if I made any major mistakes.
