More than one crafted mod

Can someone please explain to me how one is supposed to get this seen people have weapons with this and also how can you have say +49 % phy. damage and then craft +79 % phy. damage on the same item that you could not do that

When you get Elreon to level 8 you can craft his special mod on your items which allows you to have multiple crafted mods.

For the physical damage, there's % increased physical damage and there's a hybrid mod that gives % physical damage + accuracy, you can add both of them on your item.

i think it also has a lot to do with prefixes and suffixes of the items.

i've had some wands i couldn't add an addition spell dmg % and some i could.

"Can have multiple crafted mods" is an affix. Specifically, it is a suffix. What you are seeing with IPD is hybrid IPD/ACC crafted on top of IPD or the other way around.

Same goes for spell damage on wands. Hybrid ISD/Max Mana and ISD.
