Constant d/c, lag spikes

Hi, im having problems with the game, i constantly disconnect and the game send me to the login screen.
When i clic the log in button it says "contacting server" and stays like that like 30 secs, later it tells me that it failed to connect. Then when im in the game i go to the portal and select the map, when im playing the lag spikes start to appear like 3 to 5 secs when i arrive to the map i selected. I dont experience this problem everyday, so i dont know what to do. Im using steam to play and my gateway is america. I have the Winmts statistics below to show you whats going on with my connection.
