Error: Timeout was reached while downloading solution

What happened: I had patcher stuck at 0% downloading 0 also, tried restarting comp. running packcheck, running patcher as administrator etc.

Logs said:
2014/09/12 19:16:36 4960140 39d [WARN Client 2376] Error: Timeout was reached while downloading http://patchcdn.pathofexile.com/1.2.2.3/PathOfExile.exe

What solved the issue was restarting my router (off/on), it patched the game fine after that.
