Enhance + Empower in +1 support gem weapon

So i have a lvl2 20 % Empower linked to a level 1 enhance in a +1 to support gems weapon. Does the empower have 36% Quality now, thus leveling faster ?

dont think so, they both say ACTIVE skill buth im not sure. support gems arent active.

Support gems can't support other support gems. If you want faster levelling you need to stick your Empower in a Haku weapon.
