PALACE MAP CRASHES

hello.
when will the palace map crashes be fixed. around 25% of all palace map crashes and around 1-6 player have to restart their client, since it hangs up. so in a rotation you'll loose a lot of XP and possible map drops. this bug is in the game since at least 5 months. plz fix, cant be that hard. all other maps work 100% fine, and no it has nothing to do with the bossroom it also crashed in the regular map area.
