What are the main differences between Niffler and Oro build?

What are the main difference between those two build? i was RF before the Oro patch 1.20, if for some reason ill pass to niffler build, alpha howl will be still usefull as always or will be better use a godly helmet?

oro's build was based on the meta with op aura node
niffle is more op actually in my opinion because curse on hit + theorycrafted | |

So if i want hunt down bosses and be more as possible tanky is better niffler?
