They just say it different, wanna know how "passive point" looks like in Czech? "Pasivní bod" there's no "e" neither but that does not mean we don't have E in our alphabet.

What is actually weird about this is that "passive" comes from the latin word "passivus".

Makes you wonder where the English got that "E" from.
