You could have suggested they give everyone a free shavs, and then the suggestion would be still equal to the OP in actually happening...


Shavs is seen as pretty crazy for a reason, and it's made very rare for that same reason... giving it to everyone for only a couple passive points completely ignores why shavs was made so rare.
