Help a noob with price check

I'm new to game so not sure how to price rares / know what's worth keeping. Do either of these have value, and if so, what?

The club lacks both flat physical and IAS. Best bet is to mastercraft it with either and sell it in the 5C range.
The armor has no value and should be vendored, which your probably have done. IGNs -> MaitresseRemi/Mamie_Machette/MainDroiteMainGauche
