Currently working on leveling a toon to be able to use this build, but using a witch version of this build right now.

Helm: Flame Totem + GMP/LMP + Elemental Proliferation + ???
Chest: Arc + Faster Casting + Curse on Hit + Assassin's Mark + Conductivity + ???
Wand: Lightning Warp + Faster Casting + Reduced Duration
Boots: Purity of Ice + Purity of Lightning + Clarity + Reduced Mana
Shield: Its just there for the stats at the moment (Will change later)
Gloves: Nothing yet

No socket Gear
Rinds: 30% DIAMOND RINGS!
Necklace: Turquoise Amulet (May change but no idea yet)
Belt: Chain Belt

Bandits: Oak, Kill, Kill
