Items Disappear on Guardian.

I've recently attempted to duel wield with my Animated Guardian for my new upcoming (Heavily raving) build. Unfortunately, sometimes the duel wield DOES NOT work. Why? I do not know. When using two rares to combine onto the Guardian it would work. But putting two Uniques, one of them disappears for some reason.

I'd like to talk to a GGG staff or moderator if someone has the time to come by to have a discussion, and you too (Which you will prolly be doing) will be doing it. I used to Ungul's Boot knife (The one with 20% more block chance with duel wield) x 2. One of them disappeared.

Please come talk to me, I'm very concerned, and just want someone to talk to about it ;'c.
