/roll, /dice, etc [party usage] - /clock [all usage]

Now I understand you guys at GGG are really stuck on the whole FFA train, but I think this would be a nice addition for friends playing in groups as well as PUG's who agreed to it before hand.

I was adventuring with my gf last night in the game when a nice robe dropped. We were both playing a Witch so it was a good item for us both. Now while we can simply flip a coin for it I got to thinking about when the game goes Gold and we are playing with friends.

A simple [/roll 1-1000 or a static die value of 10, 12, 20, etc] or so function would help alleviate this situation as it has in other games I've played over the years. It's a pretty common emote to be added and I don't think it will disrupt your FFA foundation at all.

A generic [/roll] function I am somewhat against as it just leads to more emote spam in close quarters and the usual scam "Casinos". So, the choice of having both options I think would not be a good decision.

The other point is to add an in-game clock so we can better keep track of time. Now while I know you want us to play and enjoy the game as much as possible I think a clock would be a very responsible addition. Something as simple as a [/clock] emote for our local time to a more advanced UI addition clock that could be toggled on/off from the UI options would really help.

A clock function would also help us better keep track of cooldowns and such related to abilities and even portal scrolls. Basically, anything with a timer function of a slightly extended period would benefit well from this.

I am Starcraft42 and I approve the above message!

/roll ftw!
I did play a game with a really cool in world rock paper scissors game that fell into the cannon of the game. It worked fine but I always wanted to add to it with something like the below statement.

You have 2 hands each with 3 possible choices when you /rand mostly used for loot or just fun in town.

The game would prompt you to pick another player he would accept a small set of hands would pop up over you and it would be resolved by the computer.

Might be something to think about
