Maps/Zana Bugged

I am currently experiencing an issue involving certain maps becoming impossible to enter, upon clicking any portal there would be a long load time, the screen would show a single frame of me through the portal, and i disconnect. No matter how many portals i reenter or how many times i re-log the maps is completely inaccessible. This was a minor problem because of its infrequency until the bug occured on one of Zana's daily maps, i was again unable to enter the map and was disconnected each time i tried, however, after all portals were used, the quest was still active and zana has not returned to my hideout, most likely because the mission isn't listed as failed even though there aren't any portals left. re-logging does not fix the issue
