How to duplicate scrolls of wisdom

It happens about 2 hours ago. I got one piece of scrolls of wisdom from selling items, and then i combine it with 4 pieces in my chest, then game created one scroll of wisdom, but i still had that piece of scrolls of wisdom on my mouse. Than i place it in inventory and it didn't disappear.
