Beyond League - Unable to join instance

I joined a Zana quest hosted in someone else's map. We completed the quest and went back to clear carto box + a beyond boss. Several people left and then (I believe the original host) died. Afterwards I wasnt able to portal back into the crypt to speak with Zana and complete the quest due to fail to join instance error.
