Enduring Cry not giving charges...

Feels like 10% of the time I press enduring cry it plays the animation and give no charges with plenty of mobs around me.

If I press it again right after that, while it's still on cooldown, the charges appear without having to play another animation or waiting for it to come off cooldown.

This is especially annoying when playing an immortal call character on HC.

Plz Fix

when you open your character sheet, does it add at least one endurance charge on it when you cast the spell and there is at least one enemy around?

I'll test it right now....

No it didn't add endurance charges on my character sheet, but it did go on cooldown and I was surrounded by mobs.

I was thinking maybe enduring cry checks % chance to hit? But it's a spell, and I have resolute technique anyway so IDK.
