Fortification and Palisade in Hideout

If you place a Palisade in your hideout you can´t cross it with movement skills like Leap Slam or Lightning Warp, but with theses skills you can move through the Large Fortification. This feels so false. It would be really nice if the Large Fortification also blocks the movement with skills.
