I'm having the same problem. Quest shows completed. Tells me to talk to Clarissa to complete the quest. I have, never got a reward, and there's no option to complete the quest in her dialog.

Yes, confirmed. Also Swig Of Hope is bugged, the captain ain’t there, but I got the plum. Can’t complete both quests. Probably because jumping to docks before anything else was a bad idea.

It happened to me as well seems like I'm not the only one that cant complete lost in love. Although I did talk to her first but I had my inventory full so I went off and stashed/sold most of it then went back to her and she wouldn't give it to me.
