Can't turn in the quest "Lost in Love"

So it says "Quest completed" "Turned in bracelet" and to talk to her for a reward. Well when i talk to her she does say or do anything please help... also im not sure where im screen shot got saved to to post this information.

Couldn't finish the quest "Lost in Love", got sewers keys, and Maramoa gave a gem.
