If i link summon raging spirit with spell tonten..

the speed that the tonten will summon skulls will be affected by tonten cast speed, minion cast speed or overall cast speed?

And the raging spirits benefits from increased fire damage and physical damage?

It will be affected by your cast speed bonuses plus totem cast speed. Minion cast speed works on summoned minions, it doesn't affect the speed at which you summon them.
And yes, if you put them on a totem you will summon them slow and they will do only half damage, better do it yourself.

If you wanted to know about generic bonuses, minions do not benefit from those that affect your stats. So unless you got some bonuses that say 'minion physical damage' or 'minion fire damage' it won't work. But, if you wanted to know about damage types, they do physical damage with half converted to fire, so supporting them with something like melee physical damage gem works well.

It gives me physical pain. Just like "could of", "would of" etc..

Maybe it's some local variation, it might be the way his tribe calls a totem.

Say, I wonder what's the origin of this variation, but it's probably nothing more than a lispy shaman. Ehh, hard to find a true mystery nowadays.
