There's no way in hell that would do enough damage to oneshot her, not even close. Even if the total damage was enough it takes a while to work and she would change forms while she still had a bunch of health left.

Even if it did enough damage (which I doubt), you can't oneshot Atziri because she will enter split phase 3 times.

I think op's looking at cheesing her zombie regen phase.
It might help a bit. But that's a lot of dedicated abilities for one phase. There comes a time thief when jewels cease to sparkle, gold loses it's luster, throne room becomes a prison, and all that's left is a father's love for his child. - King Osric
