Lags since Forsaken Masters

Hello,
since the new update I have big lags. The game doesn't work fluently more than 10 Minuts, then I get some problems. I have the same problems like in this vid: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vt2JCuon-Rs&feature=youtu.be&t=19m25s


I'm at the Europe Server and like you recomended I use WinMTR. My english isn't really good, so please excuse if I missunderstood s.th. Hope you can help me.
